“Outside the Box” is the title of featured artist Colleen D. Gjefle’s upcoming exhibit at the Manayunk Art Center (MAC) and an apt description of the talented painter’s work and thinking. The opening reception for the show is Sunday, November 1, 2009, from noon to 3:00 PM, held in the gallery at MAC, located at 419 Green Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19128. The gallery is open Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. “Outside the Box” will run through Sunday, November 22nd and will include artwork in various styles and media by members of the Manayunk Artists’ Co-Op.
