Svago Italian Ristorante

We are family owned and operated, originating from the region of Sicily. We have been in the Italian restaurant business for 25 years, mainly specializing in our traditional hand tossed pizza and our own family's recipes in pasta dishes and other Italian dishes that been passed down from generation to generation. My grandmother, Prospera Oliveri, originally from Partinco, Sicily gave me the inspiration to open Svago Italian Ristorante and to pass on to others her traditional Sicilian cooking. With every dish she prepared, she prided herself in the look of joy on her family's faces when we all sat down to a wonderful meal that may have taken her all day to prepare, but she never complained. It was all worth it to her. She is no longer with us, but her love of traditional cooking will always be with us. She helped in our restaurants 'til the age of 85, and enjoyed every day of it wishing she were younger. Most of the staff has been with us for over 10 years, and we all work together as a family. We pride ourselves in giving the best customer service we can. If there is something we can do, please don't hesitate to ask. We will try our best.
